I decided to give the Shake That Weight diet a try after seeing the amazing effect on my friends and family. At first I was in a lot of pain while walking, I couldn't run and I didn't fit into the clothes I had before my pregnancy. I felt depressed and I wore clothes that hid every roll of fat I had. I was very unhappy.
The beginning was the hardest. Before the diet, I didn't drink much and I never had breakfast. I had to get used to 4 meals a day instead of a huge dinner in the evening. After the first week I noticed that I felt very energized. This diet has taught me to eat regularly, stay hydrated, and be more mindful of what I put into my body. The sizes are delicious, I haven't had any so far that I don't like.
